I get up, get the kids ready for school, send them off to school, crawl back in bed and watch Today while eating my cereal.

Have you ever emailed someone famous? If so, who, and what did you say to them? Did they reply?
Not email, this was long before then.. but I did write a letter to Richard Simmons when he had his show on in the 80s. He went to high school with my dad and uncle, and was my uncle’s best friend. I told him that. He was in town a bit later for a Boat Show or something and actually called me to say hi and to ask how he could get in touch with my uncle.

We considered the Volvo XC90 too but went with Toyota Sienna minivan (I know, boring but we decided it was more practical with 3 kids).

bonggamom: We have three kids too, but I was so over the minivan that I had for five years that we went with a Suzuki XL7. The Volvo had better seating, because their third row is raised, but it was also double the price… so the XL7 it was!

I could get into the back to bed part, too. That sounds like fun to me. Oh, wait . . . it’s the weekend. I can do it the next 2 days! Woohoo!

I wrote a letter to Ricky Shroeder in 1982. He wrote back and everything. I think he probably still thinks about me.
